How to Reach the Property

Our penthouse is located inside the Santamar by Tao complex, in Akumal, Riviera Maya — just off the main highway Carretera Federal 307, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum.

From Cancun International Airport (CUN):

• Take Highway 307 South toward Tulum.

• After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (95 km), exit toward Akumal Bay.

• Cross the overpass and turn right at the security checkpoint into Bahía Príncipe Residences.

• Follow the signs to Tao Santamar Complex.

• Once inside, you’ll receive exact directions and access information for a smooth check-in.

By Shuttle or Private Transfer:

• We recommend booking a private airport transfer for comfort and ease.

• Shuttle services and taxis are also available at Cancun Airport.

If You’re Driving:

• Enter this location in Google Maps: Santamar by Tao Location

• Parking is available and free inside the complex.

Our location is isolated and less commercialized, so I recommend renting your own vehicle when you stay with us, you can rent a car from the airport or I can make recommendations, taxis are also available. To enter the Condominium there is a dirt road of 700 meters in the middle of the jungle.
